  • Authenticity: Items are sourced through vetted channels and verified by product specialists. If an authenticity issue is suspected, contact us immediately with your order number.
  • Availability: Certain styles, collaborations, or sizes are highly limited and may sell out quickly. Listing on the Site does not guarantee availability until your order is confirmed.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • Order acceptance occurs when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders in cases of suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing inaccuracies.

  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the carrier and our support team for assistance.

  • Returns are accepted in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy. Returned items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.
