United States Shipping

  • Standard: 3–6 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Express: 1–2 business days to most metro areas
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Free shipping: Orders $150+ (after discounts, before tax)
  • Signature: Required on high-value orders ($300+)

Rural addresses may require additional transit time. Weekends/holidays excluded.

International Shipping

  • Tracked Priority: 4–12 business days via DHL/UPS/Postal partner
  • Economy: 7–20 business days (select countries)
  • Duties & taxes: Assessed by your local customs. Collected at delivery unless prepaid at checkout.
  • Address requirements: Full name, street address, postal code, phone number required.

Transit estimates start after dispatch and vary by customs clearance.

Rates & How They’re Calculated

  • Real-time rates shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
  • Promotions like free shipping thresholds apply automatically to eligible carts.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Order Processing & Cut‑offs

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET typically ship same or next business day.
  • Orders placed Fri after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays ship next business day.
  • Preorder/backorder items dispatch on the stated release window.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Tracking link is emailed once your order is scanned by the carrier.
  • Use your order number and email to view status via Order Lookup.
  • Shipment may show “Label Created” for up to 24 hours before first scan.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Need an edit? Contact support within 30 minutes of placing your order.
  • After dispatch, rerouting may not be available or may incur carrier fees.
  • Please double‑check apartment/suite numbers to avoid delays.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Remote Areas

  • PO Boxes: Ship via USPS (US only). Express options may be limited.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Ship via USPS. Transit can take 2–5 weeks.
  • Remote areas: Additional time may be required by carriers.

Split Shipments & Multiple Items

  • Items may ship in separate boxes for speed or packaging requirements.
  • You’ll receive a tracking email for each parcel in your order.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged

  • Marked delivered but not received? Check with neighbors and wait 24 hours.
  • Report lost parcels within 7 days (US) or 14 days (international) of last scan.
  • Damaged in transit? Keep all packaging and email photos to support for a claim.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • Orders ship DDU by default. Your local carrier may collect duties/taxes at delivery.
  • When available, prepaid DDP options display at checkout for smoother delivery.
  • Refusal of delivery due to duties/taxes may result in return fees deducted from refunds.

Holiday & Peak Season Notes

  • Carrier networks experience seasonal congestion which may extend delivery times.
  • Place gift orders early to meet event dates; cut‑offs will be announced on-site.
