Overview

We want you to love your BAPE gear. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from bape-clothing.net, most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags, stickers, accessories, and packaging included
  • Sneakers tried on indoors only, soles pristine
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Holiday orders placed Nov 15–Dec 31 qualify for an extended return window until Jan 31.

Non‑returnable items

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Underwear, socks, face coverings, and personal care items
  • Customized or altered products
  • Gift cards

If an item is ineligible, it will be noted on the product page or at checkout.

Exchanges

Inventory moves fast. To secure your size or color:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item immediately.
  3. We’ll refund the original once it’s received and inspected.

Direct exchanges may be possible if stock is available at the time we process your return. Let us know your preference when you start the return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Received the wrong item or noticed a defect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item, packaging, and labels

We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

  1. Have your order number and email ready (found in your confirmation email).

  3. Pack your item securely with all original packaging and tags.
  4. Ship with a trackable service and keep your receipt.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 2–5 business days after arrival at our facility.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective/incorrect items approved by our team. For your protection, use a trackable service and consider shipping insurance for higher-value items.

International returns

  • International customers may return eligible items within 30 days.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees aren’t refundable by us. Check with your local customs office about potential refunds.
  • Mark the package as “Return to Sender – Merchandise Return” to avoid additional customs charges.

Condition & rejections

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, odors, stains, or missing components (tags, extra laces, dust bags, boxes). In such cases, we may return the item to you or provide a partial refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has shipped, please initiate a return after delivery.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return, provided the item is in original condition with tags and packaging.
